Positive: The location was very practical, just 10 mins away from the old town. The room size for a family of 4 was great, very spacious. The pool was a nice addition to entertain the kids. The breakfast had a great variety of food.
Negative: There were no bathrobes in the room to use for going all the way to the pool, and so I called the reception to request them. They sent us 2 bathrobes very fast and as they said 'exceptionally with no extra-cost' which is something I first time encounter to have to pay for bathrobes

Positive: The location, having parking just under the building , very clean and comfortable. The staff at the breakfast very professional, specially two german women who seemed to be in charge.
Negative: The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant. We had dinner there once. It is not a nightmare but it is better to go out.

Positive: The value was incredible. To stay in a four-star hotel for less than a $100 per night was incredible. The receptionist was always helpful. The room service was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The restaurant at the top of the hotel serves a great menu.
Negative: One of the elevators did not work while I was staying a the hotel, but that can happen anywhere.
Summary: Excellent service and great facility at a very low price.
