Negative: Bars were closed for winter. No outdoor pool area furniture, despite lovely weather. I just wanted to have a drink on the roof and sit in the sun.

Negative: The mattress was not comfortable at all, I called the reception to solve this issue, and they changed it for us in a matter of minutes
