Positive: The location is close to the beach. Clean room, comfortable bed, new air-conditioning and fridge, newly refurbished bathroom. Helpful, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast served right on the beach.

Positive: Near the beach and the boss is so accomodating and the staffs are helpful! Worth the stay. But i think what stood out the most is the food. All the food serve are of great taste and quality and worth the price.

Positive: Distance from the beach and that its pet-friendly. Fair price given the location. Some rooms do not have ref so better request beforehand. Food heating is possible upon request to the restaurant at the beachfront. Apartment style hotel so manage expectations upon arrival.

Negative: They already have transpo service(toktok) prepared for you but better to be aware on the fair value of the area especially if you will be staying multiple days and have multiple trips to different areas to avoid any unexpected mark-ups by drivers. Fair value as of august 2025 150-200Php per vehicle or 50PHP per person
