Summary: This place is lovely! Clean, welcoming, safe & nestled in the authentic Italian mountainside area of Tresnico. As I visited in July - there's A/C, refrigeration & a modern shower to keep yourself cool. The views are awesome, both of the local streets on the shared balcony & the distant shores of Gardone Riviera from inside the unit! The only caveat I will note is that this accommodation is located a fair distance up a very steep hill. I was in town for a show at Il Vittoriale, which was okay for a young, able-bodied person to walk down to BUT I'd *highly* recommend either having a car to drive up to Tresnico/around Gardone Riviera (especially with luggage...!) or booking a taxi well in advance, as the bus schedule isn't super reliable (sparse throughout the day & not available at night). You'll also be a little cut off from the attractions/shopping etc. down below, if you're travelling on foot - more planning is necessary. But if you have a car, I'd totally recommend this accommodation!
