Positive: The staff on the floor were excellent. We couldn't work the coffee machine and the lovely house staff were really helpful. A really poor selection of tea for the size and design of the tea box. Room was ridiculously hot and we could not turn the radiator down.

Negative: Staff at breakfast kept forgetting to bring tea . We had to request a window table. Spa was beautiful but absolutely packed with locals . Some were hammering the sauna with olbas oil. Which is great in a council gym. But a 5 star hotel really..not what we expected

Positive: Location was beautiful and convenient for our situation. Rooms were comfortable, and well equipped. Spa had a good sized pool, large jacuzzi, steam rooms and two saunas, all at a comfortable temperature. Staff were welcoming and helpful

Negative: There was a problem with the lift…. out of hotels control but a little inconvenient if on top floor. They did get someone in the look at it quickly though.

Summary: Would love to come back for another stay.

Positive: Lovely spacious hotel with fantastic views. All staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaning staff did a great job of servicing the room each day.

Negative: Bathrooms although very clean do need some updating. Drink prices in bar very expensive compared to other places + service charge added on top.

Summary: Very welcoming and comfortable hotel.

Positive: Great location, wonderful view on the beach and sea. The lounge and bar are amazing!! The suite we’ve booked was wonderful. The spa is great. Good pool for swimming and wonderful sauna. Personal were very kind! Complete atmosphere of the hotel is an absolute 10!!

Positive: Stunning building with amazing views. Great food, drinks and service in the bar. The gym and spa are great too.

Negative: Rooms are too hot with old sash windows that are hard to open or keep open to cool it down. The quality of the breakfast and service at breakfast time is not as good as it was during previous stays.
