Negative: There was no air conditioning and it was a heatwave, for over 300 euro a night there should be air conditioning

Positive: I think the hotel was very lovely and it appeared that they were making an effort to update things here and there. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooms were clean. We had a nice view of Dublin off in the distance over the water. The location was excellent for see the area and enjoying the food and scenery.
Negative: It was not as elegant as the on-line info would have you believe and a bit pricey for that. I thought I was booking into something more luxurious for the last few days of our trip. The room service in the mornings did not replace the in-room coffee or water or vacuum up the lint that came off the new towels and got all over us!
Summary: Lovely place to stay and would stay again but the price was high for what you got.

Positive: I loved the location and the lobby
Negative: The outlets and bathroom lights only worked if the main light was on. That was an issue when we wanted to sleep and a safety hazard when we needed to use the restroom. Also the shower drain was clogged

Negative: One member of staff got knocked over by a child whilst she was carrying glasses. She did nothing to clear up the broken glass. Same staff member at breakfast on the Monday morning at breakfast was not clearing tables. She also forgot to bring our tea and coffee, the other guy was very apologetic.
