Summary: I give the Marina Inn 4stars only because its budget friendly- not luxury-lodging. We stay there often. Its clean, quiet, predictable and convenient. The beds and showers have always been perfect. The grounds are simple and always clean. It's on site family owned and operated. Very accommodating staff.

Summary: No A/C. I overlooked this as I haven't stayed at a hotel that didn't have A/C in decades. And the Bay Area keeps heating up year after year.

Summary: Other than refrigerator making annoying noise, the rest of the accommodations were fine. No problems. University Ave has a lot of traffic, so expect noise. Fairly convenient location to Bay Area.
