Negative: Could use updates. Like a/c at the living room. Kitchen faucet don't have cold water, stove only works two sides. Door lock is broken, I let him know about it and nobody fixed it.

Positive: Generally good value for money. There are a few mosquitoes but there are measures taken against them. Also you can directly view the beach and the ocean from the jacuzzi.

Negative: Noise-wise it's not well isolated. After we left, the host said to only leave a comment if it's 10/10, which is a very weird thing to do. It was good but given the cleanliness and noise it wasn't a 10.
