Summary: The room was not matching the picture . need some of renovation look too old , we lost power couple time and hotel does not have own generator i had to use my Cellphone flashlight and taking cold water shower

Summary: Non management staff are excellent at their roles. Hotel has a great private beach, but this was hired out privately for 2 days out of our 4 night stay. No notification of this and unable to use the beach or facilities on it. Also 2 pools under renovation, again not notified of this. Management have little regard for customer service and attempt to fob off complaints, also not supportive of the junior staff. Large rooms. Restaurant food was good as was breakfast. Health club is dated, but staff great and very helpful. Pity our stay was disrupted with the private rental of half the outdoor facilities and beach to a company.
