Summary: The location of this property is good and away for the city yet not to far from it. The breakfast was same on all the 3 days of our stay. The can surely improve in that department.

Summary: Even though the hotel was very comfortable and surrounded by picturesque locations it was a shock to hear from the hotel that my booking is not confirmed. the hotel said that my booking was denied because the rate offered by Hotel.com does not match with their current rate. it took lots of persuasion and logics to allow me stay in the hotel. I am unable to understand as to why it happened since money was debited from my account and I got a confirmation of booking from your end. another point of concern is related to the location of the hotel .it was mentioned in your information on the hotel was that it is just 3.5 KM from the Mall road where as it was about 20 KMs. this was a misinformation causing hardship. I need an explanation on this issue else I will desist from making any reservations thru Hotel.com.

Summary: I had booked this hotel for BIL honeymoon. When i asked him about his stay at this hotel he was very pleased and said it was a very good hotel. The management was good. Though he was very pleased about everything of this hotel, he mentioned that it was 10-12 kms away from Shimla. So he had to have a car to roam around in Shimla. But it was worth staying in this hotel because of nice scenic views and of course the quality of the hotel!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to have a vehicle to commute.
