Positive: The breakfast and food on the menu were excellent. I really liked how cautious they were about sugar and calories, with plenty of healthier alternatives for those who prefer them. A special mention for the detox drinks available throughout the day at the entrance, such a thoughtful gesture! As a South Indian traveling up North, it’s usually difficult to find food that satisfies my taste buds, but here the flavors were truly spot on. I booked a premium room, which was very comfortable for me and my mom. The staff were extremely courteous, responsive, and friendly, making our stay pleasant.
Negative: The room size was a bit compact, and the washroom did not have proper ventilation, leading to a slight smell. Since it was just the two of us, it wasn’t a major issue, but for larger groups or longer stays, this could be inconvenient. This small drawback can easily be overlooked when compared to the divine experience, hospitality, and food quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Shirdi.

Positive: Food is great. Preet, the restaurant staff is very helpful. Drop/pickup to temple is decently fast snd the drivers ate courteous.
Negative: There is still renovation going on in the hotel and the path to stairs/elevator is not clean. The room provided did not have proper shower faucet that you can easily turn on hot water without turning faucet knob few positions and trying it out. one family member just used cold shower as they could not get hot water by just moving the faucet Knob to right position. The staff at the front desk are not that helpful. They dis not clesn room till 2:30pm even after we specifically request to clean it. Did not replace the towels tillcwe asked for it.
