Positive: Spacious, tasteful and very well-equipped apartment

Negative: Some small, more or less insignificant details such as: - The water in the basin in the bathroom did not run away properly. - A rubbish bin in the bathroom would be helpful - especially for female guests. - Although a hairdryer was not mentioned with the apartment details, there was one. - It was not clear, how you would like to have the waste to be separated in the kitchen. Anyway a container for glass is missing. - Without an extension cable it is hard to run a laptop in the living room. - The menue of the TV should be in English, so most of your guests are able to understand it. - There should be an indication of whether the power line attached directly to the balcony poses any kind of danger caused by the trolleybuses travelling on the road passing the house. - The apartment door does not look very safely. - One of the two keys should be indicated as the one for the house door or the apartment door, i.e. by a coloured ring or similiar.

Positive: The apartment was spacious, very clean & new. Very decent decoration, large TV with Netflix app to connect. Appreciate separate wc and bathroom. Fully functional kitchen, which was very nice to prepare a breakfast and joy coffee at the balcony overseeing the main street with shops. The location of this apartment is excellent. Everything is reachable by foot. 5 min to shopping mall (Kaufland, Tesco, Kik etc.), one min to a beautiful park and about 10 min to famous Kolonada.

Positive: Ideally located accommodation in the city centre, close to supermarkets and the train station. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen, clean and tidy living room and bedroom. Pleasant evenings on the balcony. Excellent communication with the owner. I highly recommend it!

Negative: The lower part of the main street (Hlavní třída) can be a bit noisy because of the traffic.
