Positive: The location was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and exceeded all expectations. The quaint property was immaculate, homey, and comfortable, with a full size kitchen that was fully stocked, as were all the bedrooms and updated bathrooms. Royal Springs was beautiful and minutes away, and we were never at a loss of things to do. Having the Suwanee in your backyard was the bow on a perfectly wrapped package. Communication with the hosts was easy with a friendly and quick response to any questions. My 9 year old granddaughter rated it a 100% with a smile that never left her face! It was home away from home, and we definitely plan to be back.

Summary: The owners thought of everything you could want or need, and provided it all...and then some!

Positive: Beautiful and HUGE yard in probably one of the best locations in the area. Right on the wonderful Suwannee River. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the porch and the deck going out to the River. The home is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a fun and relaxing weekend. Plenty of games, kayaks, and wood for the amazing firepit. Lots of beds for a large family too. The host was out of the country but still very responsive when we needed to ask a question. We will definitely consider booking again in the future, as you really can't beat the location for this area. 😀

Negative: The only thing I personally didn't like was how dark the inside of the home is. It's very brown with a log cabin and camouflage theme. But that's just my personal opinion. The theme goes with being out in the woods and such and is very unique, but it would have been so much more lovely if it was brightened up to match the cheerful "margaritaville" name.

Summary: Unique place in the BEST location.

Positive: This place was amazing, peaceful and relaxing.It had everything we needed for our stay. We kayaked to the springs near by. Perfect for our fur babys, they loved running around and adventuring around the property.

Negative: It needed more lighting out side.
