Positive: Beautiful accommodation with breathtaking sea views! Our host, Marco, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay in Follonica. The highlight was also chef Danielle, who came to cook for us, an unforgettable experience with fantastic menu!

Positive: A truly exceptional place and host. The property is situated in a grand old house that has very recently been renovated, effortlessly combining modern facilities with "old world" charm. The property is placed on top of a hill, which comes with excellent views of the sea and mountains. Beds were very comfortable and the the entire apartment was impeccably clean on our arrival. Modern and well stocked and equipped kitchen. Three bathrooms all with large and powerful showers. The air con is effective and each room has its own temperature control. Marco was extremely helpful; genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay. He could not have done more to ensure that we had a good time. He drove us to the supermarket to do our shopping the day after we arrived, ordered us something that we needed from Amazon which we had forgotten to bring with us and organised our taxi to the airport for us. Marco is also very knowledge about the history of the property (which was built by his great grandfather in 1851!) and the history of Follonica, which I enjoyed hearing about. We look forward to returning next year!

Positive: Great accommodation in beautiful Follonica. Everything like in pictures. Great views of the sea. Comfortable beds. All the kitchen equipment new and great quality. And great hosts who replied to all our questions. Definitely recommend.

Negative: Just a small thing. It will be nice to have salt, pepper and some oil in the kitchen. Everything else is great.

Positive: Very comfortable and spacious! Kitchen well equipped, excellent bed linen and towels quality, amazing hosts! They answered quickly to all the questions we had and gave us suggestions on what to do in the region that turned our trip even better!
