Positive: It was a well built place with friendly staff and was very clean

Negative: The daily room maintenance staff was slow and not diligent. Sometimes they didn’t make up the room and sometimes didn’t stock the mini bar. The last 2 days the WiFi was not working throughout the facility. Some of the food dishes were mislabeled each day.

Summary: It is a good place for big families amd elderly people. Not for young people

Positive: great choice of restaurants, amazing service. Different entertainment every night that catered for all the family, superb kids clubs. There's so much to do at this hotel a week wasn't really enough.

Negative: although the hotel is fabulous, areas of the hotel are starting to look dated and in need of replacement for example the beautiful staircase which is the centre point of the hotel the carpet has worn out! a number of the taps in the toilets are loose, tiles in and around the swimming pool are missing.Not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel, really need to get rid of the cabana beds people don't want to pay to hire for the day, 80% aren't used!! The location of the hotel is a little out of the way you need to get taxi's every where a round trip for 4 will cost around 30 euro's
