Positive: The hotel is truly stunning as is the location. Staff are wonderful as is food and beverage. The receptionist noticed my wife had trouble walking and immediately changed our room to one very close to the elevator. Very caring and thoughtful, We did have a fabulous stay. 5
Negative: One thing was not. Namely the bed which was huge but extremely soft thus back ache on rising in the morning, Apart from that one item it was great.
