Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Marbel Hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The staff were all friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. A special thank you to Cagatay, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. His excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out and made a lasting impression. I highly recommend Marbel Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again!

Positive: The staff were very polite and helpful. We wanted to have an early morning check-out and they prepared sandwiches for us so we could have breakfast later. Breakfast was really nice and varied. We had a very beautiful view of the sea which was even better than what I had seen in the pictures of the hotel.

Negative: They were doing a renovation on level 7 and our rooms on level 6 were really unbearably noisy in the afternoons. The swimming pool was also not available due to renovation.

Summary: It was overall pleasant.

Positive: I liked that it was central and the staff were professional and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the linen is very clean. The staff attended us and made sure we were comfortable in every way possible. This is our second time staying at Marble hotel and I can’t wait to be back. There is great public transport that makes it easy to travel all around Istanbul

Negative: Nothing I had a great experience
