Summary: We had rented this property to our friends visiting us over the holidays. It was very comfortable and the property looks exactly as advertised. Sensibly stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and great backyard. The location worked well for us. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property in this area. The check in registration with our ID was the only thing that was cumbersome. Other than that, communication with the property management team was ok.

Summary: Location is excellent, next to mall, shopping, food, etc. A non-refundable deposit required after booking. Everything in location was rather cheap. Not a lot of personality or charm. Right behind home are apartments that can see directly into property. Property was clean. Living room incredibly uncomfortable. Beds very stiff. Seemed like a corporate owned verse personal. Could tell everything from shower fixtures to carpet were as cheap as possible but passed as ok. One shower curtain had red stains on it. Overall, because of location would stay again, home served its purpose, but less than thrilled with surprise deposit after booking, and how boring and uncomfortable house was, along with no privacy in backyard.
