Positive: The location was great! The beds were very comfortable. Truly appreciated the fact that we had a/c.

Negative: There was a little mix up at the beginning with locating the key to get in, but it was resolved quickly. The shower head should be replaced, it mostly leaked out the top, so we took to using the hand held sprayer, but there was no place to secure it.

Positive: We really liked the location which is close to lots of cool bars, cafes and restaurants. Easy to walk everywhere. Apartment was nice and clean.

Negative: Nowhere to really sit in apartment as no lounge-room or couch. TV is located in kitchen, which is tiny and you have to sit on kitchen chairs to relax. No space to leave suitcases open as rooms tiny. The bathroom is also tiny and shower door doesn’t close properly so water goes everywhere. Biggest issue is that the apartment does t have proper AC, only evaporative cooling which isn’t very effective in summer.

Summary: Budget, no frills style accommodation that is located in a great area.

Positive: Excellent property and as described. The apartment we had despite being a smaller apartment was perfect for 5 adults who were really only using it as a place to sleep. Freestanding air cons units kept the apartment a great temperature and very comfortable Very well located for access to the Metro and the surrounding area is full of restaurants and bars. A less than 5 minute walk from Notre Dame.

Negative: There were only a few minor issues that did not detract from the wonderful experience but could do with addressing to improve the experience The lockbox was actually in a different location to communicated but was fine once that was worked out The keys themselves take a bit of playing to get the doors to locks on the way out and would benefit from being replaced to make it easier The shower head could do with replacing but still worked fine

Summary: Well located and excellent value. Would stay again.

Positive: Great location maybe 5-10 minutes from Notre Dame, lots of restaurants and easy access to Metro line 1. Building has a (very small but functional) elevator.

Negative: It was really small for four people. Two tiny bedrooms and a kitchen but no living area, no space to put our stuff. Luckily we were mostly there just to sleep.

Positive: It was not my first time in Paris, but it was really one of the best stays in this beautiful city! Location was excellent, indications to receive keys just perfect. Apartement was not very big, but it has everything a tourist needs.
