Positive: Locations is spot on. Just 5 minutes drive from the strip airport. The tent was very spacious and with all the comforts. Our tent was facing the Massai river and the view was amazing. Food, staff, drive games were all exceptional - I definitely recommend coming here for your first safari in Massai Mara

Negative: There’s nothing I didn’t like- everything was just perfect!

Positive: It has a very good location. The tents are quite large, very clean, and well equipped. They are located by the river, so in the evening you can hear various sounds made by hippos. Safari is already included in the price. The food could be better. Wi-Fi does not work in the tent. The safari was perfect. Our jeep driver was amazing. We saw everything we wanted to see.

Positive: The people were amazing, they were so personable and every staff remember was lovely. Sakut did our game drives and was so knowledgeable and adapted it to our preferences. Masila in the restaurant was lovely and always remembered how we liked things (he even lent us his flask when we wanted hot chocolate in the room). Agnus and Duncan on reception were so kind. Nixon does the 7pm talks and John who looked after our room. The hotel is right by the airstrip but you don’t hear loads of planes. Facilities were great and it felt so personable. Would 100% go back. Food was also really nice

Negative: Sometimes on the very early mornings we could not get hot water and have cold showers.

Positive: Close to the airport an central for game drive and fenced property and safe for everyone inside. Friendly staff and well trained. Game drive is amazing 3 times a day and very flexible to your schedule. Samson our game drive expert was amazing and we saw our big five as well. Additional activities like bush dinner and sun downer was amazing 🤩 amazing food modern and kitchen staff are amazing and well trained.

Negative: Tents are amazing but some of the tents are getting upgraded and it will be nice to see bathrooms to be upgraded in all the rest of the tents.

Summary: Amazing stay would love to go back and send 3-4 days.

Positive: All the staffs were nice, warmhearted, and helpful, location close to the airstrip; the camp by the river, you even could see hippos, cocodrilo, impala or dik dik out there; the price includes safari which made things way easier, solo traveler friendly. They even prepared celebration cake and gift for 4 nights guest, I was more than surprised and astonished. Overall our safari guide John was so amazing and extraordinary, so that I had 4 days magical and fantastic safari experience.

Negative: The safari picnic breakfast box, but they already tried their best, thanks for the effort.
