Positive: The staff was exceptional. Example: I told them the floor tile was broken and in no time at all, it was repaired.
Negative: Although the hotel has 3 stars, to me, it was more a 2 star. The facilities need some money and attention. The mattresses need to be replaced, the bathrooms show rust and hard water, the doors are old and need better security.
Summary: Not 3 stars but a decent night's sleep
