Positive: Host was very attentive and welcoming and made a good effort in making us comfortable. The location is very good. There was a farmers market across the street, train station and the beach are walking distance away and the neighbourhood has very nice green areas and cafes. It is a good mid point between Lisbon and Cascais.
Negative: The room is located in a *private home* and not part of a guest house as the ad suggests. That being said, the fridge is shared, the access to the kitchen is conditioned by others' usage which makes the place less private if you are the type of person who likes to be in your own space.
Summary: A room in a family home with amenities shared.

Positive: Se houvesse 10 estrelas, eu daria 10 estrelas sem hesitar. Fiquei hospedado neste hotel de 5 a 8 de julho e fiquei extremamente satisfeito. O proprietário do hotel é uma pessoa muito educada e simpática, assim como a sua esposa. O hotel é muito limpo, tranquilo e sem qualquer tipo de barulho. Há estacionamento gratuito, e o cheiro agradável tanto da casa de banho como de todo o hotel demonstra o excelente cuidado com a limpeza. O preço é muito justo pela qualidade do serviço. Durante a minha estadia, deixava as minhas roupas, documentos e até o telemóvel a carregar no quarto, e quando regressava encontrava tudo exatamente como tinha deixado. Senti-me completamente seguro. Guardei também o contacto telefónico do gerente do hotel, pois pretendo voltar novamente no futuro. Recomendo este hotel a 100% e voltarei com toda a certeza. Muito obrigado pela excelente hospitalidade!
