Our home is located directly across from the Mapleview Mall, and just a short drive or bus ride away from the beautiful waterfront and other popular attractions like the Royal Botanical Gardens, Spencer Smith Park, and the Burlington Art Center.

Summary: Good price. Location is very convenient. Across street from large mall and grocery. Parking is miniscule. Condo has been updated. Clean but a little tired in spots. The front room is very noisy from traffic.
