Positive: Easy access instructions and lock box with code Lovely apartment in terms of size, both rooms are huge

Negative: No air con - if it is going to be hot the room traps the heat. Air con isn’t advertised so we knowingly made the decision but the room stays so hot and is difficult to cool. The lift is tiny, you have to access it from a basement and the doors don’t open enough for a large suitcase or pram

Summary: Really lovely apartment but very hot and the lift is terrible

Positive: The apartment is clean and spacious. The owner has put inside a large number of things we could have needed, in order to make our stay easier and more pleasant. We enjoyed the beds so much, that we had the best night sleep of our whole journey. Perugia is very near, we just drove to parcheggio auto 4 and jumped to the city centre. Totally recommended.

Positive: This apartment is super stylish, spacious and comfortable. The host is very helpful and friendly. It offers everything a traveller needs. Even more importantly, it is a few kilometers from Perugia, walking distance to the best restaurants of the town, train station and 2 big supermarkt. 20km from Assisi and it is easier to go there without much traffic. The location is fantastic.
