Negative: Airconditioning unit needs work. Was rattling. Ants in the room was a bit much and should have atleast been controlled with baits or something to that effect. Staff need to ensure the pool side tables are cleared of empty glass and lemons. Sat there for 2 hours and I had to clear the glasses etc myself while staff werent doint much. Not impressed.

Summary: Overall was highly recommended by Rarotongan whanau in Rotorua. a little disappointed.

Positive: Friendly welcoming and helpful staff, Small friendly adult only resort Relaxing ambience Stunning pool and beach and (whale) views from the restaurant Plenty of seating and loungers around the pool and on the pristinely swept beach Lots of gluten free options for breakfast Shuttle to and from the airport is handy It is only a short drive to Beluga, our favourite spot for coffee.

Positive: It was very peaceful and the staff were very helpful. The facilities were good and the restaurant, although not actually a part of the resort was also very good. They also have a buffet dinner and show on Sundays.

Negative: I didn't really have anything that I didn't like however, my wife found the roosters crowing in the morning to be annoying.

Summary: It was lovely staying at the Manuia Beach Resort and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice,.

Positive: I've stayed in other hotels in Rarotonga and I loved the spacious cabins in this hotel and the beautiful surroundings. A very quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant has nice food and a dinner show on Sundays. Nobody comes to bother you early morning which is fantastic! Room service adapts to your needs :)

Negative: Maybe the outdoor shower won't suit everyone...for me it was perfect :)
