Positive: Close proximity to city centre. On arrival, received 2 bottles of water, packet of chips & a small bottle of wine.

Negative: Travelling as a family of 4 with 2 older children, there's not an option to make one of the beds into singles. No daily replenishment of tea/ coffee/milk (we stayed for 4 nights)

Positive: Bowling and The Butter Factory were unexpected bonuses. We would have loved to go to the movies too but time didn’t permit.

Positive: Friendly staff, modern hotel with very nice rooms, great bar and restaurant. Nicest Mantra I have stayed in.

Negative: The breakfast was poor, the only let down of the stay. 10 of us stayed at the property, but only 4 had breakfast because they advised that it was cold and disappointing. The bar could have stayed open longer than 10pm, however, the bar person was super polite and helpful. Strangely you need to opt in if you want your room cleaned and fresh towels- should be provided as standard and be an opt out choice, not opt in by 9.00am. No warning of this at check in.
