Positive: Beautiful room. Comfy bed. Great amenities. Felt very new. Very clean. Huge bathroom. Secure and convenient vehicle parking.
Negative: The vehicle noise on the night we stayed (a Saturday night) between 8pm and midnight was HORRENDOUS. Like trying to sleep at the Calder Park Drags. Clearly the goons like to hangout on this street. No problem if you are going to an event and going to be back late but when we needed to be up by 6am to run a marathon this was a disaster.
Summary: Lovely place but the Saturday night traffic noise was a disaster

Positive: Property was very new, room and bathroom were small but very nice. Bed was comfortable and a king size as stated. Most of the staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service.
Negative: The fridge was very small, more like a wine fridge, no freezer section in the fridge and overall, the food and drink I put in the fridge was barely cold. I had to ask for housekeeping to come after 2 days of no servicing of the room. I would expect at the price of the property that the rooms were serviced everyday. Laundry facilities were excellent.

Positive: The hotel was comfortable , clean and excellent location. Everything we had going on was unintentionally 4-5 mins distance which was amazing and convenient. Staff were friendly and bed was comfortable, lovely bathroom etc
Negative: If we had to pick on anything - which is not a huge deal- but we wish the milk provided was a little more instead of pod size

Negative: The room was small however we were in Shepparton for a birthday celebration and spent very little time there. A little too far out of the cbd.
