Positive: The apartment we were in was very clean and extremely spacious making our stay very comfortable. Loved the bathroom

Negative: Having to pay for parking seemed a bit silly but I suppose given it is near the hospital and shopping centre people might take advantage but maybe a code could be provided for guests given you pay of $300 for your stay

Positive: Very comfortable beds, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The hairdrier in our room had bent prongs and was unusable but the reception staff quickly brought a new one. Nice comfortable hotel.

Negative: I didn't love the coffee from the coffee machine at the breakfast buffet but it was OK, just not great.

Positive: The hotel was comfortable and the location was well suited for our stay. The staff were very helpful, and the room service was excellent.

Negative: One improvement would be to provide coffee and sugar in the room. Although there was a kettle and a small amount of milk in the fridge, there were no coffee or tea sachets. We were advised that coffee was available from the lobby, but it would be far more convenient to have this available in the room. Another issue was parking, which I believe should be included in the room rate. There was free street parking available nearby, which we used instead and saved $10 per night.

Positive: The breakfast was superb although a little pricey with the holiday surcharg.

Negative: The maintenance in room could be better. Missing rubber stoppers on toilet seat, duct tape over drain hole in bathroom, dust build up on exhaust fan, broken door stopper.
