Positive: Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food from trader and the tavern was exceptional. We will stay here again.

Negative: The cot that was provided was way too low for our 5 month old and abaolutely kills our lower back trying to put her down at night. We ended up co-sleeping instead, which i recently trained her not to. Besides that, it would be so helpful if there were luggage scales in reception to weigh our bags before leaving. It can be stressful to manage this at the airport.

Positive: I adore everything; the moment you enter, it's lovely and pristine, and the staff is incredibly warm. You're wonderfully gracious, with a radiant smile on their faces,

Negative: What I didn’t like is that the bed I got was smaller than I thought, but it wasn’t that bad for what I paid. However, I hope they can provide a bigger bed next time, as the single bed wasn’t uncomfortable. The only other issue was the buffet, which was too small, and the food wasn’t great. I only had the sausage, egg, and hash brown, and the rest didn’t meet my expectations. I thought it would be better, but that’s just my experience.

Positive: I liked how beautiful and clean the hotel was. I liked the big and comfortable beds. It is a really beautiful hotel with nice staff at reception. Easy check-in and check out, helpful staff.

Negative: I didn't like that they booked us an extra room and charged us for it when we could have just used the 2 connecting rooms. We ended up not really using the 3rd room. (I think this is on Booking.com not the hotel but anyway, that sucked )I didnt like the fact that they dont have wardrobes and the fridges were really tiny( expected though). The location was also far from the city. Also the food from the bar/ restaurant was nothing to write home about.
