Positive: Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip well laid out, a good range of food and drink and plenty of room

Negative: When we arrived the reception area was full of travellers waiting to check in. A bus had just unloaded. I patiently waited my turn for nearly 30 mins. All staff members were busy. When I got to the desk I mentioned the wait the staff member was very apologetic and said I should have came straight to her desk for express check in. The point there needs to be a big sign above the desk not an A4 sheet at the front of the desk. The room had 40 plus people in it. The staff member offered me a bottle of wine, which was nice

Positive: Safe, comfortable, nice interior, friendly staff, has easy access to the beach and the location is excellent.

Negative: Somewhat noisy at night. I could clearly hear sounds from around my room which is bit distracting for a good night’s sleep.

Summary: I love my overall experience at Mantra Lorne and I enjoyed my stay very much.

Negative: Bit old and tired , also the price I paid for the when I booked in advance the property dropped $120 the week before I arrived . Which I felt was a little misleading

Positive: Great location, room was dated, but comfortable enough. Was able to leave my car there past check-out.

Negative: Very dated and room was pretty run down. They hadn't swept the balcony which was full of prickly balls from the tree and couldn't really be used, chairs were all stacked away too would have been much nicer if this was prepared for us to use. Definitely save on the room service and go out for dinner or takeaway from outside restaurants as food took over an hour, was cold and presented in cardboard boxes rather dishes - and was still expensive.
