Positive: Great location in town and for/by the beach. Easy parking, comfortable room. Barely 4* but perfectly adequate.

Negative: A bit of an impersonal place; felt like a convention or holiday park hotel. Little to really like, but comfortable. Few stand-outs. TV small.

Positive: Very pleasant location although our room was furthest away from the main facility. Have stayed before while attending the same conference and it's a splendid facility and location.

Negative: Our room was very tired, the bathroom more so. The bed was sagging in the middle and well worn. The power points were inaccessible or oddly located. The whole apartment complex is in need of a major renovation. The bathroom taps leaked and the vent above the shower was clogged with dust and grime.

Summary: A great location but expensive and very over-priced for the quality of the room.
