Positive: The room had everything we needed in it, bed was very comfortable and the location was great for us . We would definitely stay there again .

Negative: Only thing that was a bit annoying was having to get out of the car to reach the button to open the undercover secure parking gate.

Positive: The room was quite and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy with my stay. Highly recommended!

Negative: Most of the food was good and reasonably priced. However, the room service steak meal was way overpriced and of very ordinary quality. The meal was small (smallest steak I have ever eaten) and the chips were sad compared to the beer batrtered chips that I ordered earlier. This was the most expensive meal on the menu. I am sick of getting price gouged at every turn and I intend on calling it out where I see it. A blemish on an otherwise excellent stay.
