Positive: The breakfast is excellent, served in the room. The location exceeded our expectations. The management and personnel are very helpful and willing to serve.

Negative: The weak wi-fi coverage in the room. Needs to be improved. The management is working on it.

Summary: Strongly recommended for summer vacations. We will stay again. The sunset is unique

Positive: The room was spotless and well-decorated. Very well-equipped kitchen. The welcome basket, complete with a note and a handmade treat in the fridge, was a lovely touch. The pool area during sunset was idyllic. And, not to forget the parting gift: another handmade, locally crafted, weft. Exceptionally helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Negative: No beach in front of the hotel. However, you still have access to the pool or can drive to one nearby in just 10 minutes. One word of caution: If you use your GPS to get there, there are two alternative routes. One is an unpaved road (not a bad one). Use the longer one, which starts from Filiatra, if you mind your car getting dirty ;-)

Summary: I will definitely stay here when I return to this area.

Positive: Breakfasts were plentiful, more than we're used to eating. Great fresh OJ, a nice bowl of yogurt and granola with some berries. I don't eat eggs but my wife enjoyed the omelets. Very nice swimming pool.

Negative: The place is brand new and they are still working out some minor kinks. The place is kind of remote, there's nothing in walking distance. The adjacent beach is big chunks of old lava rock and totally unusable.
