Summary: The front desk staff were amazing and made sure we had the best experience possible, rooms were clean albeit pretty dated. The bar and wellness staff were amazing and made our trip so much more enjoyable.

Summary: Beds and bathroom felt clean. I think our unit needs a new dishwasher. Very dirty down beside the washer/dryer. It could stand new carpet in the living room and definitely a paint job. I don't think anyone cleans the windows on the outside. It's just that when you pay that much money for a stay, you expect a bit more. The staff was great, so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful. They were filming a movie when we were there so parts of the hotel and amenities were shut down at times. The crew of the movie were very nice and it was kind of cool watching them.

Summary: Indoor pool was under construction which we didn't know when booking. Outdoor kind of cold to go into pool. Otherwise overall experience was good.... beautiful view of lake and mountains. They arranged nice surprise cake for my mom's birthday, which was nice. Thanks

Summary: I really enjoyed the surroundings of the location — it’s beautiful and relaxing, which made our stay pleasant. However, the building itself feels old and could really use an upgrade. For the price point of around $500/night, I was expecting a more modern and refreshed room. The ordinary rooms especially don’t quite match the cost. Overall, great location but the accommodations need improvement to reflect the value of what guests are paying.
