Summary: Brad is an excellent host-- communicative, kind, and very accommodating. His property is absolutely perfect because it's immaculate, in a quiet area, and is close to downtown Manson/Chelan. There is definitely pride in ownership and he truly wants his guests to enjoy their stay. We recommend this property without hesitation.

Summary: Brad was the kindest host I have ever had at a rental property. He made sure to greet/check us in and give a walk through when we arrived. His kindness was the most incredible way to start our weekend. View from the property was beautiful! I will be going straight to him if I come back to Manson/Chelan in the future!

Summary: This place is great! It is very clean and well stocked. We didn't cook, but the kitchen has everything needed if someone wanted to. Super comfortable beds and a gorgeous view. We are definitely making this our new spot for our annual trip to the area. The host is very helpful.

Summary: The home itself was great. Super clean, as advertised, nice view of lake. Some minor drama on arrival as our reservation said Unit 3 and we had to prompt the property owner for the door code. The code for the unit we were told was our rental did not work. We couldn't get immediate hold of the property owner, so on the chance we might be right, we tried the code with the other unoccupied unit. Success. The property owner did repsond and was exceedingly gracious. I would have zero hesitation about staying here again, though I would recommend a little more formal procedure to communicate key info. Felt a little loosey goosey. But great place. Stay here!

Summary: This house was well appointed and had every thing we needed. It's clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. It was smoky when we were there but the outdoor patio is very private with a nice yard that overlooks the lake and mountains on the other side. It is an amazing steal of a deal with the other prices in Manson.
