Positive: Fabulous place to stay. Bedroom suite is large and nicely furnished. There is a nice lounge/kitchenette area for guests to use. Pool area and grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is excellent. Pool is unheated but very clean and a good size for swimming. Parking is secure. We felt very welcome. The dogs are lovely. Good value for money.
Negative: We could hear the occupants in the unit above moving around. Not a major problem for us, but might inconvenience light sleepers.

Positive: We've stayed before, and are so pleased we returned. The owners are lovely people who go out of their way make a stay a memorable experience. The room we had was well appointed, quiet and spacious. Pleasant breakfast available to start the day, at a time that suits you. The gardens and pool area are very relaxing, the pool being of a size to enjoy swimming. Ten minute walk to main bus route if you want to leave the car / motorbike behind, with a 20 minute, 2 Euro trip to central Le Mans, which is worth a visit to see the pretty old cobbled town. Fifteen minutes on a motorbike gets you to the 24hr Le Mans circuit and museum.
