Summary: Superb service and timely communication. Wonderful nail salon, food market, massage parlor etc, literally next door. Everything in the plaza where the hotel is located.

Summary: I was quite surprised when I checked in to this hotel. I didn’t expected the room to be this large. I like its comfy and bright. The property is spacious and offers a Very relaxed atmosphere. I am very pleased with my stay. I highly recommended.

Summary: The hotel and staff were nice. The room was very nice, as expected, there was a motion activated light above the door though, which was very sensitive and illuminated the whole room if anyone went to the toilet. Very annoying.

Summary: We stayed during a 28hr stopover in Shanghai - apart form being a little tricky to find (there’s signs for Moonlo hotel and Manli - the reception staff referred to the hotel as Moonlo) it was perfect. The room was nicely decorated, spacious, and very clean. Bed was super comfy. Also stocked with everything you could need! 10/10 - I wish we could have stayed a few more nights! Friendly and helpful staff that allowed us to check in early (for a small fee)
