Positive: The rooms were soo cool! Each room had a very artistic look. We pee ked into a few others and were amazed by each one. Well done designers! Would love to come back to this beautiful hotel! And the staff were so helpful. Especially 小楊／小杨 !

Positive: Great place. Unique setup and very nice room. My bed was 3,2meters wide 🙃 so slept very well. Everything looks brand new

Negative: Everything is fine. Free shuttle to airport. Only thing is that there are only chinese restaurants in the neighborhood plus a pizza hut. I ate korean bbq which was great

Positive: The location is good for quick access to Pudong airport. The shuttle bus takes about 20 minutes. There are several small restaurants and a convenient store in the immediate vicinity. The staff is also very nice. Ms. Tian at the front desk helped get our luggage to the shuttle bus. We booked a superior double room with a king bed and it was quite spacious.

Negative: The breakfast buffet was not impressive. However, they do prepare a few things to order such as noodles and wonton soup.

Positive: Breakfast is mostly based on an Eastern Diet, which is not necessarily appetising for Western culture. But I would not rate the breakfast as bad. We were there for 3 days. Location is close to the airport, which is very good, but the area is very Chinese and we struggled to find a decent place to eat and have a glass of wine. Restaurants do not take credit cards in that area. The waiters do not speak or understand English and it makes is very difficult to order something. My perception was that they would rather not serve you, than to try to help you. If you are visiting as a tourist, rather choose a hotel closer to the city centre.
