Positive: it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and easiness for using ironing to keep my clothes sharp and fresh(separate room in floor 1). what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional hospitality provided by Kasmaz at the reception. from the moment i arrived, Kasmaz made me feel at home with her warm welcoming demeanor and her recommendations on local attractions. if you are looking for a hotel near the central station with easy access walk to city center, look no further. i will definitely be returning to this hotel in my next trip to Frankfurt.
