Summary: All staff lovely esp Maxine and Rayden. Couldn't be more helpful. Booked an ocean view room but we were on the ground floor so couldn't see much of the ocean but our main bug bear was people sitting right outside our room patio talking loudly and smoking from early morning to late evening. Really spoilt things for us...
