Positive: We booked the Jaipur Suite, which is on the first floor (one above ground floor). The room is very spacy and completely newly done. Nice bed. The person who is taking care can always be reached by WhatsApp is very reactive.

Negative: Shower head didn‘t work properly. The room is rather noisy, because you are in the center of the basar area and you hear everything that is happening outside. The outside of the hotel is not very nice.

Positive: We came across Mangalmayee Heritage Suites when we looking for a heritage place in the old area of Jaipur for a two-day stay. The old markets and the main attractions are just minutes away. The Persian suite where we stayed was spacious, with spotlighted framed tapestries and beautifully furnished room. Privacy and safety is assured with one suite per floor. Best of all was the host and property owner's helpful nature. He helped us make a sightseeing programme and we were on our way in a short time. When we visit Jaipur in future, Mangalmayee will be our first choice to stay.

Positive: Just a fantastic location… rooms were next level - clean, spacious & very comfortable. Dhruv & his team could not have been more helpful - a lovely treat to see the real Jaipur.

Negative: Nothing - it was great - a very active area & walkable to lots of sights.

Positive: The location is excellent if you are interested in sightseeing, shopping and experiencing the local culture of Jaipur. The ambience and rooms are superb and the host is very helpful in resolving all queries promptly. There is no provision for breakfast inside the property as of now, but many food options nearby such as LMB, and a chat bhandar right next to the gate of the property. Currently there are 3 large and lavishly decorated rooms available for stay, one on each floor, so it makes for a cozy, secluded stay, very different and enriching experience compared to a hotel stay.

Negative: It can be noisy at times since the property is between the market area and a cricket ground, and a noisy night cricket game was being played during our stay. Also construction noise from the house in front started early in the morning. The pile of trash near the gate can be a bit offputting, though the market area was quite clean

Positive: This was me and my husband's first trip to the beautiful city of Jaipur. Being a lover of Indian art and culture, we wanted to stay at a place which gave us the true essence of the heritage and history of Jaipur. After going through many properties it was a quick decision when I saw the beautiful rooms of Mangalmayee heritage suites. The host welcomed us with a garland of roses and gave us an Indian drink which instantly took away all our tiredness and made us feel so welcomed. Our host, Mr. Dhruv took us to our suite and to be honest it was so much more than we expected. We kept looking at every corner like a little child and felt like we have been transported to a bygone era in Indian history. Being so close to museum worthy pieces and get a chance to appreciate and look at them is an experience that is so difficult to express in words. I was having my "Night at the museum" moment. After spending some time with the host who wonderfully explained and helped us with all our queries he showed us around the property and gave us a chance to know more about his 110 years old legacy of making costumes for the royal families of India. We are so grateful to him for showing us some beautiful antique pieces and even allowed us to try few traditional costumes called Rajputi poshaks which made me feel like a princess!!! After having seen major tourist attractions the earlier day we wanted to explore something different as we decided to extend our stay at this exquisite place.We asked our host Mr. Dhruv what else can we do to experience Jaipur more. He suggested us a visit to the farm and it was an instant yes and it turned to be the one of the highlight of our Jaipur stay. He curated an entire day and went with us. We did pottery, picked up fresh vegetables, ate a delicious Indian meal cooked in a traditional way, met with the locals and did so much more. We are so thankful to our host Mr. Dhruv and his team who made our trip so special and memorable.

The host was communicative and supremely helpful in giving advice for places to go….clearly they love their neighbourhood. The room was cozy with a modern bathroom and thoughtful, sweet touches…..quiet and super clean. Absolutely loved it!
