No smoking inside/ outside of the property. Smokers are NOT welcomed.
This 1BR self contained double brick granny flat which comfortably fits two adults. It's not a big place but feels spacious and cozy. High ceilings with glass bricks gives you more space than ordinary flat.
There is a house in the same premise which is also running as Airbnb but the flat is totally independent so our guests can keep their privacy. Guests might see other guests occasionally and shares part of drive way.

Summary: The unit is located at the back of the property so you don't hear road noise. It feels very secure and there is a space to park off the street. The bed is very comfortable and with nice sheets. Nice shower. The DVD player wasn't set up properly but we were able to fix that after changing the cables. It is fine now. Thank you for providing kitchen essentials and a washing machine. The fridge gurgles at night. I highly recommend this property for your stay.
