Summary: The luxury you expect with welcoming and accommodating touches that go above and beyond. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in a hotel, hands down. The views are incredible; the location is in the middle of it all and yet a step removed enough to find peace instantly.

Summary: Very kind staff. Always ready to help you. Great room, very confortable bed... but the room need some renovations. Breakfast: Delicious and lots of food to choose from. But staff at breakfast, should be more attention to the request of the clients. The location, for me, was very central. Quite locations, with nice restaurants a one minute walking. I enjoy the detail of having a free shuttle that takes you until 2 kms from the hotel, where you wanna go. Overall, very nice stay.

Summary: Very courteous and extremely helpful staff. Great location with the ferry close by and they offer shuttle service to the nearby subway station. The amenities such as the gym were very nice. Room was spacious and clean, and well kept by the housekeeping, including turn down service.

Summary: Stayed six nights in a Twin Star Suite and got a corner room with a fantastic view of the river and city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options—from fresh pastries to a build-your-own congee station. We also received two complimentary laundry items per day, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend it to both first-time visitors and seasoned travelers.
