Positive: Great location. Fantastic city view. Very comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Loads of sun beds for all guests. Lovely pool overlooking an open view over the park. Attentive staff always with a smile.

Positive: Great location, nice pool, club lounge was lovely and the food very good ( although the bagel was tiny as a swap for the afternoon tea) . Staff were all very nice. The bed was so comfy!

Negative: One of our rooms on 25th floor smelt damp but we were moved to another room on 26th floor without problem. Clearing of the plates in breakfast was very slow.
