Positive: We would rate the Mandarin Oriental as 10 stars! The facilities are wonderful as is the food and the location, but what stood out for us was the staff. Every single staff member that we encountered were genuinely dedicated to ensuring our stay was memorable & comfortable. The best experience we have ever had, exceeded all our expectations.

Positive: We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Doha. From the moment we arrived, the service was first class. Every member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our apartment was absolutely beautiful – spacious, luxurious, exceptionally comfortable and finished to an incredibly high standard. It really felt like a home away from home while still having all the luxury you would expect from the Mandarin Oriental. The food throughout our stay was also fantastic. Everything we tried was of an excellent standard, and the quality of both the food and service made every meal enjoyable. A very special thank you to Mahak and Asma, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Their warmth, kindness and attention to detail really stood out and helped make the experience extra special for us. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Beautiful accommodation, amazing food and genuinely first-class hospitality. We would absolutely recommend the Mandarin Oriental, Doha and look forward to returning in the future.
