Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little beach house. It's the perfect place to watch the sunset while drinking very delicious pisco sours made by Robert. Robert is a very friendly and accommodating host. A decent breakfast can be purchased on site for good value. There are always tuk tuks waiting right by the beach house to take you into town.

Negative: The accommodation is basic and in high season I imagine the rooms get very hot as it's just a fan rather than air conditioning but in low season this isn't as much an issue. The location is a bit away from the main town - 15 minute walk or 5 minutes in a tuk tuk. While there are a few restaurants/bars nearby, these were often closed during our stay due to it being low season.

Positive: We had an awesome time directly in front of the beach. The room was super nice and the kitchen really well equipped. Robert is such a nice host who made our stay really amazing. It is the perfect place to stay in Mancora if you want to chill directly in front of the beach

Positive: The location is fabulous. It's right on the beach and in a more isolated and quieter area of Mancora. Robert is great--very helpful with giving me info on how to get to the hotel when I arrived in Mancora early in the morning from Ecuador. There's a kitchen that guests can use..

Negative: The WiFi is not good and you have to pay extra for decent WiFi that works.
