Summary: Excellent staff and superb breakfast. Given 4 stars as not sure the room floor had been mopped ( may have been scuffs but we’re glad we’d brought slippers with us. ) We would stay again but would feel wouldn’t recommend to certain friends.

Summary: While the room was fabulous. There was a party going on in the hotel and it sounded like it was right above my bed, this would have been good to know prior to my stay or upon checking in. I had to go to work the following morning and it was not ideal to have had a very poor nights sleep

Summary: Don't take a basement room. The corridor smells of public toilets, the room was pre heated to 34 degrees to avoid damp and the wifi didnt work. The restaurant was cold. TBH, the night porter told me they changed ownership the day before, so hopefully some of this was teething issues
