Positive: Good value for money. Great staff, extremely helpful and kind. SPA procedures were super nice, and daily discounts were superior. Pool and sauna zone is nice, small, not many things, but not crowded either, so overall ok experience. Breakfast was diverse - everyone in my family could find what they liked.

Negative: The apartment floor was a bit dirty. Poor noise insulation of the apartment door - we could hear everything from the corridor - a bit annoying.

Summary: Will come back again!

Positive: We chose this hotel for its central location, larger rooms and acceptance of dogs. The staff is nice, and the massage I had was very good too!

Negative: Sauna in the SPA area only works in the morning until 1pm (after that only pools were open), which for us does not work at all. We came in winter time and wanted to use sauna in the afternoon, which you could not do. Also, the sound isolation of the room was poor, and as hotel was full of kids, you could hear them ALL the time from the early morning. Breakfast was average. The hair dryer in the room is super old, so need to bring your own. Rooms would also need some love.

Positive: Good breakfast with a lot of choices, location is great during low season, spacious room. Staff very nice and helpfull, spa services exceeded expectations, nice indoor pool. New years eve event and dinner at restaurant was great!

Negative: A bit more lighting in room would be nice.
