Positive: From the minute we walked in, we felt comfortable. It is an extremely functional unit and super clean. It also has everything you need in regards to cooking and serving a large group of people. You really don't have to bring anything from home. There is a lot of room for a large group and the view from the unit is fantastic. The beds were comfortable and a lot of extra linens/bedding available if needed. The location is great. We could not ask for more.

Negative: Downstairs feels like it is about 15% colder than the rest of the house. I think some carpet downstairs too (even if indoor/outdoor) would really help. The floors were like ice. It was not a problem but is noticeable. I suppose could turn the heat on if needed. In our case did not bother. TV could be bigger and go a bit louder, considering it is a large space. The couch could be updated. It is not the most comfortable. It is so low to the ground and hard to get up for older people. But it worked out fine.

Summary: The place was perfect for us (5 adults and 2 kids). We loved it!
