Summary: We spent two nights at Mamila Hotel. Location was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was one of the best I ever had in a hotel. The design with the bathroom was separated from the room by a glass wall was bizarre. Had to use the bathroom at night in darkness so the other guest was not woken up by the lights. The fact the toilet had no door was suboptimal, as well. One night entire rooftop was rented for a private event - which is also weird, given that the hotel advertises great rooftop restaurant/ bar as a part of the experience

Summary: I was treated to a lovely birthday treat by the hotel. We ate dinner at Rooftop; the setting was beautiful and the food delicious. I had an early checkout, with no time to have breakfast. The staff provided me with containers to take-out breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness standards were far from acceptable—the room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom had urine stains on the floor. Additionally, the staff was cold and unapproachable, making the experience even less welcoming. To make matters worse, it took an unreasonably long time to receive fresh towels for the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay.
