Positive: Perfect location. Walk to the Kotel from the Mamilla mall. Room was spacious and well appointed.

Negative: Bathroom had little space for cosmetics, etc.

Positive: Location was excellent- bedroom beautiful & spacious- bathroom luxurious - staff couldn’t do enough for us & were extremely helpful. Breakfast was also excellent- lots of choices & all delicious

Negative: Went to the rooftop restaurant at 8:00pm on Saturday night well after Shabbat ended but still only had the Shabbat menu. Had to find another restaurant Never were able to make it to Happy face as the hours were limited

Positive: The staff were incredibly supportive and helpful. The location is fantastic being only a few minutes from Jaffa Gate in the old city.
