Positive: Location could not be better. Magnificent views of the tower directly opposite our room. Room was very spacious and modern. Host was really helpful, contacted me straight away when I left something behind in the room. Suggested a restaurant for dinner that was authentic and well priced.

Positive: The room was huge, with contemporary décor, excellent lighting design, and plenty of natural light. The bathroom also had natural light through a large window. The location is perfect: right on a central square in the historic center of the city, with a beautiful old tower in the middle. There were many restaurants and cafés just around the corner. It was also possible to find parking nearby (mostly paid between 9:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00). Despite being in the very heart of the city, there was no noise at all — the room was absolutely silent. Michele (the landlord) is very professional and kind. There was a small misunderstanding from our side about the city tax, but he was very understanding. He provided us with all the instructions for the self check-in, but he waited for us in person nonetheless. He also gave us lots of useful information about restaurants and the best streets to look for parking.

Positive: Modern and new interior rooms with the perfect location. Everything within 5 min or less of walking. The communication was excellent and friendly and they even let us check-in early and check-out a little later. All around excellent! We would definitely stay here for next time in Oristano!

Positive: Room was so clean and bright and airy. Great facilities and coffee machine. Owner was in touch leading up to our stay and let me know when we could check in early as we arrived to Oristano early, he provided an umbrella for us too. Loved the stay and right in the centre of town.
